I highly recommend this hotel if you will be in Hong Kong, however be aware that the rate you pay may NOT include internet. In the age of free internet in most hotels, this one will charge you a high rate per minute that maxed out at about $18 USD for one 24-hour period. Now, you can book at a... More

I booked two room with two beds each for three nights. Both rooms were on the 7th floor which has not been renovated yet. We didn't upgrade as we wouldn't be in our rooms except to sleep, which was good because we wouldn't have wanted to be in the hotel during the day because of all the construction noise. I... More

Just came back from a 3 night stay in Hongkong from which I chose this hotel based on traveller's pics of the rooms and pics on Hotels.com or Agoda. Be warned: most of the nice room pictures you see are of the rooms on the EXECUTIVE FLOOR, which is like only 1 or 2 floors out of 14 on the... More

Good hotel in close proximity to the Hong Kong harbor. Within walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. Stayed 3 nights. More

Great location. Parts of thesquare in front of hotel becomes outdoor dining area at night. Friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds and the nearby bus will take you to all areas cheaply and comfortably. I will gladly recommend this hotel. More

This was a really nice hotel. I purchased my room on Orbitz in advance. They didn't have the base level room available so I stayed in the next "level" up. I ended up being on the top exec/business floor which was nice because they had cookies available, juice and a private concierge just for the guests of the executive floors.... More

The service in the hotel is second to none, friendly helpful staff who open doors for you, greet you with a genuine smile. Really outstanding customer service BUT the rooms are shabby and in desperate need of renovation. My room was small, but this is HK, with 1970 furniture, stained bathroom tiles and floor. It's such a shame as if... More

I stayed here for 1 night on a business trip in March 2012. The hotel reception area looks like something the 1980s. The rooms are typical Hong Kong style eg very small. They were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We stayed in the executive floor and the executive lounge is very nice and well worth the extra price.... More

Located in a busy street. Some staffs are nice and polite, some don't even bother.Staffs at the reception speaks fluent english. The lobby is nice, but with only 2 chairs, so if you are waiting for somebody, there's no place to sit at all. They have a mezzanine with comfy chairs but who would want to stay there if you're waiting for... More
