We stayed at the Langham at the end of a 3 week trip in China. Compared to other hotels we stayed in, the room and bath were small. However it was comfortable, the staff was helpful andbthecservice was good. Good location, but view wasn't great. Some of the furniture was a bit worn.

Warm welcome, excellent food and service all add up to a great buffet lunch at the Langham. Joseph couldn't do enough for myself and two other guests. He even invited us to come over and look at the buffet breakfast although we are staying at another hotel.

Just a great hotel, first rate staff, first rate rooms, kept spotless. Nothing too much trouble for anyone! Free Wifi in the room. Nice clean, classically decorated room. Free water bottles. And there's water kettle and tea pot if you want to make yourself a hot cup of tea. The hotel is situated in very busy commercial and office district but the room I stayed at is very quiet and relaxing. Staff are quiet helpful and friendly.
