Definately the choice of the great and the good for their stays in Hong Kong (amusingly the British Lions Rugby team and the Crazy Horse Paris troupe were both in the hotel during our stay) Had I not stayed in the 4 seasons a week earlier, my review would possibly have been stronger, however on the plus side I can... Stayed for 3 nights for a conference at the adjacent Hong Kong Convention Centre. Grand lobby and efficient check in but that's where the positives end. Elevators slow and air conditioning not effective. Old room, small, worn, terrible bathroom. Poor room amenities, kettle was almost brown it was so old, would expect coffee machine in a hotel of this price.... More

This is a regular place for me to stay in Hong Kong and I am never disappointed. The service is first class, the rooms are very co mortals, the bathrooms are well equipped and the food is devine. But, the best is the view! You over look the harbour and watch the world go by. It's a treat to enjoy.

Just stayed here over the weekend as local residents celebrating an anniversary, hardly any noise, great breakfast included, attentive staff, fixed our iron, oh so lovely bed, didn't want to leave. Can't wait to go back, great pool, expensive pool bar prices though. Justin and katie

Besides a million dollar view from our room, amazing cuisine and excellent service - our overall experience here was a five star. They even sent my husband a cake to our room for his birthday. Phonominal customer service

The hotel has a beautiful view and is very conveniently located next to the convention center. The staff is excellent (especially thank you Scott in the lounge and Rika at Guest Services!). I loved the pool and the massage and had a great time.

Our family had a one-month stay here and found the staff exceptionally helpful, knowledgable and kind. I could not have asked for better service in every aspect of our stay: the fantastic food, the excellent room and the level of consideration for children. For example, my child became sick one day and the staff found me a medical practice nearby... More

From the start when making the reservation, the notice that "construction is under way" should have been the bad omen that should have had me choose another hotel for my stay in Hong Kong but since it was one of my preferred properties I continued with the reservation. I have hundreds of thousands of "Gold Passport Hyatt points" and wanted... More

we stayed at Grand Hyatt a week ago, service was excellent, convenient location, nice lounge, Asia restaurant is good but expensive. We didn't have any problems with the construction Hong Kong was the first stop of our Asian Honey Moon. Hotel upgrade our room and we had Moet champagne along with strawberries waiting for us at the room. Neighborhood is... More

If you are going to HK for the Art Fair the best place to stay by far is the Grand Hyatt. So convenient, great service, and no hassle of transport…and the Club Lounge is superb. Definitely going back to it next year.
