I'll happily return here on my next visit. Staff is highly efficient, helpful, genuinely friendly and smiling. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, decent size but not huge, and excellent TV/radio. Extras like shoe shine, slippers, robes make for comfort, too. Tip: Local inexpensive laundry 1 block away for long stays.

The hotel rooms are good and decently spacious. Location though is no longer central, if your work takes you to downtown Kowloon. We stayed for the second time in less than 9 months in this NOVOTEL.
The reason is that we were satisfied with our first stay.
Unfortunately we had not the time to use all amenities.
The rooms are not big but this is Hong Kong and are appointed in the usual Novotel style.
