“GREAT location but POOR maintenance hotel”

The AC is not cold, the hot shower is just warm.. if we mix it with cold water then it will be completely cold. The carpet is dull, and a little smelly. The TOP of it, when i was drying my hair in the sink i saw cockroach.. little cockroach running around and then it hide under the sink.

This is old fashioned hotel. But they have new redesign room-luxurious and excellent. The room name "NEW DELUXE TOWER".Great room-spacoius, thanks very much :) But for breakfast, fair- so so. i think Mercure Banjarmasin is better than it. Staff not really helpfull. Nice and Friendly Staffs. Allow us early check in ! Good Breakfast and Lunch. Safety Environment. Only the rooms a bit disappointed ! The swimming pool are fun and we did enjoyed it much ! The location is indeed convenient to us. Surrounding by a lots of attraction points for travel.

Just been there yesterday. Lobby looked quite nice just like my usual accorhotels experiences… going upstairs corridors look good, but wait until you enter the rooms… Shabby & old furniture with unclean feeling of the rooms… My 2 Ocean View rooms not so ocean view after all… from our (only) cemented balcony we could see straight in front of us...
