The Kamar-Kamar is pretty new on the market. Thus, hardly any taxi-driver might know it. Look out for the huge "Pizza Hut Delivery"-sign, or direct your driver to it, the hotel is right next to it.
The rooms (stayed in a 2-bed A/C room) are very simple, nothing in it than the beds, a mirror, 2 stackers, a garbage bin....
