This is a very nice hotel. The room was nice, service was good. Only bad point would be the location but it's very relaxing. It's almost like staying in your own little retreat. The room was decorated very nicely. The fish pond was clean. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Although they can improve the cleaness of the place, we found the hotel quite pleasant for our stay. The place is located within the city, but since it was among the residential area, we consider it quite scluded. You can ask for a 'becak' to travel around Yogyakarta from this hotel which is quite convenient to stroll at nightime.

Nice, quiet hotel, good rooms with plenty of character. Service staff very good, although english skills a bit limited. I'd give the hotel an excellent overall except for the resident caged roosters crowing at 1am, 3am, 5am with the noise echoing off the compond walls!
