we do not trust LP (lonely planet) references, specially if they were given 2-3 years ago, businesses get lazy and give less for more Surprisingly Bladok Losmen keeps interested in welcoming people, keeping rates moderate and serving good food at reasonable prices. we recommend bladok salad by the pool when you're back from Borobudur !!! good for them

bladok losmen is conveniently located close to the trainstation and right in the centre of jogya. it is not as cheap as sone other places, but is ery clean the ataff is helpfull and the small swimmingpool is a plus after a warm day!

Food at this place was exceptionally good and at a great price. Menu offered lots of options (both Asian and Western) and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend having dinner here!

We stayed here for 6 nights and loved this hotel. Really helpfull staff, clean and a good location. Would not stay in any other place in Jogyakarta and we checked a lot of other places. Sunday morning starts with music at 06.00 though the hotel is located just nearby the curch but otherwise a calm street. Warmly recomend this place:)

We paid 120,000 for the cheapest available room. Had a squat toilet, fan and big double bed. No problems with bugs like other people have said just had a few flies roaming around that's all. The laundry was a bit pricey wish I look round the corner where it was 70% cheaper haha. Not much choice for breakfast and food... More
