We stayed there 10 nights. 3 single men from Australia. We got a room each, that was okay but there was no mention that the reception was in the middle of the house. So when we ate breakfast we were looking at staff. It was so intrusive. We were not allowed to cook as they had to cook for us...

We have just spent a week at Chalet Y on Boracay Island in the Philippines.
I think the disappointment started when we arrived and were faced with the scene the greeted us. See photos
The Chalet Y website ( www.chalety.com ) describes their accommodation facilities as "toilet and bath with hot and cold water"
