Stay in this Pillow talk hostel is a fun and exciting experience. We got a sheet of rules upon check-in and immediately knew that everyone has obeyed well. We are so happy that we can met new friends and share experiences. It is strategically located, very close to the bus stop and MRT station. The price is also can't be... More

This hostel has positives and negatives. It is one big room that is divided by curtains, into 3 12-dorm bedrooms. The rules of the hostel are well respected and there is air-conditioning all night long, which is great because Singapore is very warm and humid. To be in Asia it's quite pricey, but keep in mind Singapore is expensive. Nice... More

My boyfriend and I booked this hostel after reading many positive reviews online, so what we got was a bit of a shock. I will start by saying that the staff is very friendly and the location is good, five minutes to Lavender MRT stop, but these points did not give it enough merit in my opinion. As other reviews... I booked a bunk for 2 nights and I must say after staying in other backpackers in Singapore prior to Pillow.Talk hostel, I find that I'm most comfortable with the washroom in this hostel. The washroom in 2-in-1 in which there's shower and toilet bowl in the same room. The bed is comfortable and I can sleep the whole night... More

I was very happy with the comfortable common room and the friendly staff. The hostel was also within walking distance with the MRT so it was convenient to travel around. The owner was also very friendly, she came in the morning and greeted the travelers personally. The hostel also prepared special stuff for mid-autumn festival, but we didnt get to... More

Having travelled around Asia for 3 months on a budget I'd like to think we'd stayed in our fair share of hostels/guesthouses and this was by far the worst. At $25+/night, we expected a 12 bedded dorm (as advertised) not 36. The room is separated by curtains meaning it's one big warehouse and therefore very noisy. I also expected more... More
