I thought the Regent was a great value. Was it a 5-star property? No, but I didn't pay 5-star prices either. The hotel has a very nice location, the restaurants on site are very good, the rooms were clean and the service was good. The rooms were a little dated, but they were not worn out. For the price and... More

If I could rate this hotel a 4.5, I would. I agree that there are some elements that fall short of Four Seasons quality, but the price is adjusted accordingly. I stayed for 6 nights in May, and felt like a king the whole time. Here's the breakdown: The Room - Despite checking in after midnight, I was presented with... More

Good location for an exhibition, lower three floors are very glam. Bedrooms quite dated but beds were super comfy with excellent linens - great jet lag antedote! Building site next door meant a lie in wasn't easy. Staff were very attentive at all times. Pool was lovely and quiet for an early morning swim. If you're on the business package... More

I stayed there for 3 nights. When I checked in at 2pm they told me the room is not ready so I need to wait until 3pm. I said I cannot wait since I need to go to a client meeting and they give me a small twin room, I was pretty disappointed since I stayed there alone and I... More

We decided to spend Christmas in Singapore this year with our daughter who at that time was not quite 1 year old. As a family, obviously budget matters, and we wanted to go somewhere nice and central with a pool which was not too expensive. After quite some research, we chose the Regent Singapore. When we arrived at the hotel,... More

The service at the hotel is great! The service staff are very attentive to your needs; from the front desk to the staff at the restaurants. We were fortunate to staff in the Regent Club Suite and we thoroughly enjoy the use of the Regent Club. Great quiet place to chill and have a light snack & drinks. Hotel may... More

I was unpleasantly surprised. This is not up to 4 seasons quality, and certainly not for Singapore. It looks like an old Hyatt or Embassy Suites. It took FOREVER to check out, and it was not a complicated bill. We had requested an extra rollaway bed in advance, and they didn't have it. Not a satisfactory response. The manager wound... More

Location, location, location, they have got this one right!. When I arrived in the hotel, my room was not ready. Since I was on business, I asked them for internet access and a space to work. They gave me both. And when I was taken to the room, I was pleasantly surprised. They had upgraded me to a suite. My... More

I'm shocked The Four Seasons allows its name to be attached to The Regent Singapore. While the staff are lovely, the rooms are shabby and extremely outdated. There are some positives about the service, but the stay was, in general, incredibly disappointing. We had the unfortunate experience of staying at The Regent on a night where the fire alarm went... I stayed in the Regent in Singapore on my weekend stay between work trips. The staff were lovely and the rooms fairly spacious and well appointed. Wi-fi is available in the rooms and the restaurants in the hotel served lovely breakfast and dinners. The gym is quite well appointed and has more equipment than other hotels I have stayed in....
