Concierge was not accommodating. We just wanted an extra key to keep the room cool but she was reluctant. The room needs fixing. The room smells of urine and all other bathroom smells randomly, don’t know if it’s an exhaust issue. The toilet needs fixing too; doesn’t flush properly. The doors are too narrow, and I’m just a small person. We stayed at 15th floor so I thought it would be nice. Sad.

Room Tip: If you’re not too fuzzy with the room, location is great. But yeah, don’t expect too much comfort...

This hotel is all about the location. It's centrally located and you can even walk to Chinatown, Clark Quay, and Arab Quarter without even getting on the MRT. The room is just okay. Not bad, but nothing special. But with the prices they're charging compared to other hotels in the same area, this is a bargain for central Singapore. The wifi and AC work well and the bed is comfortable. If you're a sensitive sleeper, you might want to pack earplugs as you can hear everything going on in the hallway.

This hotel is located in a convenient place; Singapore Management University is located next this hotel Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT Stations are located just 4 minutes and 2 minutes walk away of the hotel. Many shops such as Bugis are just few minutes away. The hotel serves buffet breakfast. The staffs are cordial. Room was good with basic toilet amenities, tea-coffee, etc; it has bit older look. I stayed for 7 nights. Overall a good hotel to stay for few days.

For its price, it's just a standard hotel. The food is alright, but if you've been to so many hotels with great food, this might not be as good. You might also want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, they only give 2 in 1 conditioner and shampoo that isn't that great (personal preference) there's hair dryer which is kudos. Some staff are friendly, some staff are not. While it's an okay hotel, i wouldn't be coming back.

Hard to find much fault with this hotel, the room were clean and comfortable, and the staff were great. There's a nice pool area too. Only obvious thing that could be better was the lack of ventilation in the bathrooms, there were no fans to dissipate any smells. Location was very handy too, 2 min walk to MRT. Would stay here again happily.

The Hotel Grand Pacific in Victoria St Singapore is a great hotel. I've just had a 19 night stay and enjoyed it as much as my previous 2 stays. ALL the Hotel Staff are extremely hard working from the very busy Reception Staff to the Sun's Cafe staff, to the very thorough and discreet room attendants and IN PARTICULAR the Concierge Velu. Velu is always smiling, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and seems to be always on duty although the other staff were very nice too. But Velu is a STAND OUT. He knows everything about Singapore. A huge thank you to everyone at The Grand Pacific for a wonderful stay. It is the Staff who make this hotel so great! Congratulations!

Grand Pacific Hotel is a nice gem is Bugis area. Here are the pros and cons of the hotel: Pros: 1. The hotel is value for money when it's on offer. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay (minus the old furniture). The bed is firm and pillows are comfortable. There are also cable TV with key channels like BBC and HBO. Service is good too. One highlight is also an ancient old art works outside the room at the lobby. 2. Hotel location is also good. It is 5 minutes walk to Bugis MRT which is easily accessible to town and business areas. There is also a mall and lots of nice food. 3. Hotel food is also value for money. There are good 1 for 1 offers for buffet lunch and dinner. In room dining is affordable too. Breakfast buffet has a number of vegetarian offers (meal eaters will be disappointed). The staff is also attentive and clear the dishes quickly. Cons: 1. There is not much view from the hotel room. 2. The sofa is in room is too old. The seat depresses when sat on. 3. Some sources of light cannot switch off, example the wifi and the cupboard lights are on throughout the night. Overall, the hotel is good value for money in a good location.

Lovely hotel with the most amazing staff nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very enjoyable with so much to choose from. We would definitely stay there again. We were there for the f1 GP and even though they were extremely busy, there were always plenty of staff on duty to help. A great experience.

It was a terrible experience. The staff was very rude. They don’t care about you. The hotel is not 4* experience. It needs maintenance. Its very old and not so clean. We found hair on our bath as long as we got in and dirt on the bedsheets. We did not have a view as well. The bathroom is terrible. Very old and the curtains dirty. The only view was the dust on the window that we could not open. It is also a very loud hotel. The only thing that is average is the location. All the other things are below average including the breakfast. Also we carried two luggages in our way out and they didn’t even come to help us. No 4* behavior. Last but not least, we had to give 200 dollars deposit. That was quite suprising.

Big Sized rooms are a rarity on high streets of Singapore. The rooms at Grand Pacific are spacious with comfortable bedding and all required amenties. There are many multi cuisine cafes in close vicinity
