This hotel is in a great location. Close to Orchard Road. Staff were more than helpful and the room was massive. If there was one drawback then it would be the range at breakfast, however this isn't enough to stop us staying again. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with children. More

Starting at check-in they tried to give us single beds when a double room was booked. They had doubles just trying to get one over on us! Breakfast uses the cheapest food possible. This hotel is expensive yet you have to pay extra for wifi and the tv only have a few analog channel. Also the hotel is not a 10 minute walk from the MRT instead at least 20 minutes and not easy to find. I will NOT come back in this hotel . More

We stayed for 3 nights,we got a room @ level 9, the room was nice and comfortable. The staffs also very friendly,but although the location is in orchard area,it is not easy to take a walk to the shopping centre,cause it located in a hilly area behind orchard road,and there are no restaurants or minimarket nearby this hotel.
