this hotel could be a good value for money. Rooms are basic and small but they are OK.

too noisy, inconsiderate clients. Doors banging, calling out to each other fromroom to room or down the hall at all times of the day and night. Have stayed twice and the same problem each time so i will not stay again

I just stayed in this hotel a few weeks ago. First it was dificult to find, but it is close to MRT praya lebar and next to 7-eleven. And near Mrt you have a MCDonalds. Beware of booking this hotel online. They do have a secure booking page, but they will then send you a confirmation email listing your full credit card details.
