We thought the hotel was beautiful. The food was great at the Hotel. The location was perfect the views from the hotel were breathtaking! We were disappointed though with the spa as well as that nobody could get a manicure or pedicure. Besides that I would highly recommend staying there.

Stayed at this Hotel only for one night, the room had a fantastic view overlooking Villarrica Lake, good selection for breakfast and it is located only 15 minutes to Pucon. Nice bar also overlooking the lake.

Superb location, great pool and great views. Javier at the front desk was extremely helpful. Kids had a great time in the playroom. Pool staff was really good. We got upgraded to suites that were really nice- we had one of our most relaxing times in Chile at the hotel

Beautiful hotel next to Villarica Lake. You need to cross the road to get the bus, but cars hardly ever pass so it's no big deal.
