We stayed in a room at the third floor of the new part of the hotel and we were very pleased with what we received for the money spent. Room are nice and clean, the breakfast is not super but decent. All in all a good place to spend a night, passing by Pto Montt.

Gran Pacifico is very nice with new upgrades throughout. It has a hip style and sophiscation that you don't find in most hotels.
