This place is very expensive for what you receive. While the nature and walks are fascinating, the food and sleeping arrangements leave a lot to be desired. We didn't expect to receive 5 star treatment in a mountain lodge when you are paying 5 star hotel prices. However there should at least have been hot showers and reasonable (non-canned) food... More

This is a very special place in gorgeous mountainous scenery in the "middle of nowhere" -- actually a forest of rare endangered alerce trees.
