It is quite difficult to find this small country house as the signage it is not exactly prominent! Once you get there you find a very warm welcome. It is set in four hectares well back from the busy road The staff go out of their way to be helpful. There are only four bedrooms. We had the bridal suite... More

Silja Torborg and her staff have done a fabulous job of making one feel as if they were at home. The Lodge has only 4 rooms and the large one on the upper floor has a spectacular view of the Volcano across the lake! The staff will cook what you like and the meals are pretty good. We suggested that... More

There are many good things about Quincho; here's my list. 1. You have the same guide throughout, so from when you are collected at the airport to dropped off again. We had Carlo and he was brilliant. Knowledgable about all things wildlife and Chilean. It was great to have that personal service and consistency. 2, The activities- we did a... More

Romantic, personal, and homey. It was the perfect getaway for my husband and me. The food was exquisite and the service was top notch. Every detail attended to. It was a great access point for an area that is highly underrated, Los Lagos. I loved the vista, loved the Bandurrias suite. The staff, especially Isabel and Marcelo were just fantastic.... More

I had the pleasure of staying here a while ago, it is a wonderful, peaceful retreat where one can indulge in total understated luxury, with superb comfort and wonderful cuisine, we loved it. We were here in spring and it was perfect time, although summer and autumn would be nice too and winter as the log fire is spectacular. This... More

I have to say my first impression was absolutely outstanding during the day everything was working defiantly ok but when the evening was arriving, a kind of storm start to blow everything, they burn candles to make you feel more cozy but I was so cold and the wind was so strong you can see how the light of the... The best thing about this place is everything; the worst thing is having to leave! We were greeted warmly and every comfort was made available to us. We were in the Bandurria (Honeymoon) Suite which had an en suite bathroom with a double Jacuzzi bath, separate huge shower and a dressing room with space for clothes for a month! The... More

No words can actually describe this place which includes 4 beautiful huge luxurious sweets all located in a gorgeous house with kitchen that serves u with spoiling breakfasts and a chef that cooks the dinners... Don't miss it when u stay in this region. And the staff- Isabelle Nd carolina- are outstanding!

We had previously visited the Chilean lakes (10 years ago) and were keen to find a base where we could optimise our visit. Having previously enjoyed the explora experience in chile we were keen to try something similar in the lakes. Quincho lived up to all expectations to the extent we extended our stay. Whilst not cheap, the house is... More

Thank you very much! This is exactly what we always try - to adjust our services - food, excursions and general attention to the rythm, interest and taste of each client. We have a very nice infrastructure but at the end our team makes the big difference. Thank you for spending your time in letting us know your opinion. More

Just returned with my wife. Three of the best days we had on our entire trip. An unbelievable place. Like staying at home rather than in a hotel and absolutely first class. Terrific guides and tours. A very special place.
