Recently stayed at Bellavista prior to taking xcross Andes land/boat tour from Puerto Varas to Bariloche, Ar. Excellent service, value and terrific lake views. Rooms were spotless and they serve an outstanding breakfast.

WOW! The hotel is located right on the lake, with a spectacular view of Volcan Osorno. Our room faced directly towards this sight, and was clean and spacious. We had a lovely lake view room across from the lake with a beautiful view of the volcano. This is a large hotel in a great location a short walk from the very walkable town. Cozy town with lots of restaurants,unique shops and friendly people. However, note that the town closes down for an hour or two in the afternoon... More

The room was very nice but the view was exquisite. I don't know if all rooms have a view as it appeared that some are on the other side of the hotel. If the weather is nice the view would be worth some extra money. Breakfast was complete and good and the hotel staff helpful.
