A good 4 / 5* hotel with spacious suites and with full kitchen. Hotel is centrally located in Las Condes near several restaurants (at Isidora Goyenechea) and within 5 / 10 min walk to the new Costanera Mall. Free parking and Wifi. Breakfast on the 17th floor has a stunning view over Las Condes as well as over to the... More

My husband and I stayed here for a week in late March. Hotel was good - rooms, breakfast, amenities, etc. What stands apart is the service. They helped us get soccer tickets to a World Cup qualifier, let us check out late when I was really ill so we wouldn't have to suffer before going to the airport. If you... More

I stayed for 11 nights at a bigger suite and paid $190/night. Breakfast (included) is a free buffet, with a variety of 6-8 kind of peeled fruit, including local, dairy, pastry, 3 types of scrambled eggs, variety of bread and rolls, sausages and bacon. The dining room is located on the 17 floor, and overlooking the Andes. Very nice. The... More

Stayed here for a total of 7 nights over two stays (5 nights + 2 nights later) and found it to be a very comfortable hotel. Rooms were large, comfortable and well-equipped, generally quiet and very clean. Breakfast was excellent (for our tastes), with a really good choice all regularly replenished so everything was very fresh, and the staff friendly.... More

I am a frequent traveler, and I have to go to Santiago very frequently for business. I have found that this hotel is an excellent choice: rooms are very comfortable and quiet, beds are excellent, service is very good, food is also outstanding, there is a good gym. At least for me the location is very convenient, with many options... More

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. Service was really good and staff were helpful with making bookings. Room is a good size, plenty of space. Impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel too. The area is also close to the metro and it feels safe. A must for the mid range budget!

I had read that this hotel was categorized as 'luxurious'. Its not. Its an average tourist / business plus hotel: rooms are small and equipped with bare minimums. Free very good quality wi-fi internet is definitely a plus. Breakfast is bland. It is served on the 17th floor and has--weather permitting--a beautiful view of the area. Business center was good... dear Guest We really thank you for your comments , we would appreciate if you can contact us directly in order to find out in which kind of room you stayed, because of other of our outstandings include the size of our Suites besides our location. I stayed at this hotel with my Husband. The Reception Personnel were marvelous and so helpful as were all of the Staff except perhaps for the Breakfast Restaurant Manager who could take some lessons from the rest of the staff on manners. However this did not detract from the Hotel. The pool is divine and though I did not use... More

Nice, clean, fine decorated hotel. The view from the restaurant on the top floor is the best. Breakfast buffet good with fresh fruits. Location is great in the nice Las Condes area. Room, modern and spacious, bathroom not that big but no complains. A mega plus would be wifi in the room (maybe they have it in the mean time),... More
