Have stayed here twice (first time when the next door Intercontinental asked for exorbitant rates). The location is excellent, right by the business district and within walking distance of dozens of restaurants. Breakfast could be better, but no complaints about hygiene. This Holiday Inn express is in a VERY nice part of Santiago. The rooms are well kept, updated and spotless. Staff was very friendly, but we only found a few who spoke English.
