Realy bad , there is no freeze in the room , there is no room service at all, i ordered a cup and them said that i can pickup in the first floor. Chose Bosque Plaza Hotel for almost the same value, and much much better, a real hotel.

Very good rooms , lots of sunshine. Great view of the mountains. Clean and comfortable. Internet speeds low, 500kbps at best. Good breakfast. No restaurant inhouse. Good location, 10 min walk to shopping malls. Lots of good restaurants in area. No free weights in Gym. Only treadmills and bikes No swimming pool.

This Holiday Inn Express was more like a 4 star US hotel. Good breakfast (including fresh raspberry juice and more), excellent, new rooms, well trained staff. Walkiing distance to Metro, next to Intercontinental Hotel. Very clean, highly recommended for any use. You can rent a Chilean Mifi for $20/day, works great. Free power adapter plug if needed.
