The only redeeming feature of this hotel is its very central location as its located on the main street near down town. However this is also a curse if you happen to have a room on the street side as there is no air conditioning and the street is VERY noisy all night long - so you have to choose... More

Sited on the main Avenue Libertador B Higgins, the location is good for the pedestrian shopping area, for access to the metro and for walking to sites such as Santa Lucia Hill, San Christobel Hill, the cathedral, museums and Plaza de Armas. Our room was on the back of the hotel and was quieter than those on the front but... More

We have stayed in a number of hotels/apartments in Chile and this was our least favorite. This was booked by our tour company but when you look at their prices there are better hotels to stay in for this price. It is very basic with no a/c or fan. We didn't have an issue with the cleanliness. It was fine.... More

Very near to Metro station, at very main avenue of Santiago. You can walk to the historic points from the hotel, surrounded by restaurants and tourist points. Breakfast included, not internet machines. Warm and clean rooms. Bathroom ok. Kind people in all the place. Good relation between price and service. More

I actually disagree with the reviews on here. hotel isnt bad, location is fine and as safe as any in santiago when you consider location location location. however they did monumentally screw up when i left my hiling boots when changing rooms, yes my mistake but the fact that the cleaners left the hotel without leaving them with a member... This hotel is located in the central seedy part of town, it is recommended you don't go out after dark it is unsafe. The other end of Santiago has the new hotels and safer cleaner part of town it is recommended to stay there instead. Also the hotel is outside of a main bus stop so the buses are running... More

Unbelievably this hotel was booked by our cruise wholesaler to have two nights in after a brilliant 14 night luxury cruise. It would have to be the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. When our car pulled up, I thought we had the wrong address. It was Sunday and the hotel entry is down an... More

Absolutely terrible! One of the worst hotels I have been to for a long time! We stayed for just one night passing through Santiago. First impression is very bad - the entrance is a side door in a shopping alley which at night is closed with an iron curtain. Trash everywhere in sight. The second impression was not much better.... Make sure you can speak Spanish pretty well if you stay here. First, if you are used to the Crowne Plaza, then this hotel will give you pause. If, however, you are a budget traveler this place will be fine except that it is pricy ($100 for a triple). It is on Avenida Libertador. You have to park in the... More
