My boyfriend and I stayed here in August 2011. We stayed two nights on seperate occasions. The first time was upon first flying into Cusco and the second was upon returning from Machu Picchu. Upon arriving the first time, they sat us down while they got our paperwork together and offered us cocoa tea in the beautiful courtyard. They also... More

See review from CHHB and I'll add to it. The service was excellent! We came in for 2 days/nights to acclimate before hiking the Inca Trail returning to the hotel 5 days later and it as if we never left. They were ready with our bags we left behind while on the trip, plus the bartender stayed open later just... More

We stayed two nights, each night was in a different room. I must say we had two very sleepless nights. The beds were the worst, rooms noisey and the breakfast was fair at best. More

At the moment we arrived at the hotel, the hotel staffs immediately came out and helped us offload our luggages from taxi and carry them into the hotel. We were served with hot tea while the staff process the paperwork for check-in. The room is clean and the size is reasonable. There is free wifi in the room. More

My wife and I recently traveled in the sacred valley for a week of which 3 days in Cusco at the Novotel. It has a great location - two blocks from the Plaza da Armas and walking distance from most of the sights and restaurants. Located off a narrow street it is easy to miss the entrance but once inside... More

I am an avid traveler and have not gotten ill from food anywhere i nthe world, but here. It took 45 minutes to get a bottle of water and a bottle of beer. Another 40 minutes before the soup was brought to the table. The Cream of Spinach soup must have been bad as 7 hours later the trouble began!... More

We really enjoyed our stay here, were greeted with a lovely entrance, wonderful service, and much needed coca tea, highly recommended. We chose to eat in the court yard for dinner the first night and, as recommended, had a light meal which was lovely. There were two musicians playing beautiful romantic music, a gorgeous local lady weaving and spinning with... More

We would stay here again. Novotel is a pretty, period-designed hotel within an easy walk to Plaza de Armas down the sort of cobble stone streets you come to Cuzco to see. We walked, and never needed to take a cab within Cuzco (sites, dinner, markets, etc). The hotel courtyard is as attractive in person as in the photos. The... More

Very unassuming entrance that leads to an inner courtyard that is the best feature of this hotel. Spacious modern rooms with WIFI. Breakfast buffet was large and well apportioned. I did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on the food or service. Hotel located near the Plaza de Armas with many good restaurants in the immediate area. Hotel... More
