Enjoyed my stay. Hotel was nice put it was the hardworking service that made a lasting impression, especially the friendly guy who helps serve breakfast. After an issue my first room, the moved me to one of the best with a balcony overlooking the city. Highly recommend and walkable to plaza Armas.

Great service from all staff. Rooms are nicely decorated, clean and with good space. Closets have a safe box should you want to leave valuables during your trip to Machu Pichu. Great breakfast that starts at 5am. Good, quiet location; walking distance to Plaza de Armas (4 blocks).

A delightful hotel within walking distance of the city centre. The rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful although their English was pretty limited. The hotel is situated in a long cul-de-sac so there is not too much traffic noise and there are laundries, local shops and a great restaurant - the Incazuela in a square nearby.
