Visited here for a few days during a business trip to Lima, and this hotel was great. Very comfortable room (great view), good restaurants and food, and great service. Very good location in San Isidro, in an area with embassies, upscale homes, restaurants, etc. The area seemed very safe and secure, and is directly across from a golf course /... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. Check in took forever, with confusion over the number of people the reservation was made for. We were a couple, yet the hotel insisted the room was reserved for a single person, can't see where that came from. Ended up charging us more money. The namesake dolphins were offsite, couldn't see them. Room was spacious... More

Located in very safe upper class neighborhood in Lima. If you can upgrade to the executive rooms, they are larger and include many amenities. The breakfast buffet is good with ample choices. The hotel restaurants are excellent. Check in is at 3:00pm so if you fly in in the morning you can leave our bag and o seightseeing. There is... More

The entrance to the lobby and front end staff were much better than expected. The property is located in a nice neighborhood in Lima. There are high end shops and a Starbucks across the street. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The conceirge was good not great. I did ask about the dolphins. I do not believe they... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 5 years. It is a decent hotel in a relatively safe neighborhood. However, it is getting worn-out looking. During our most recent stay, our room had worn-out carpets that were fraying at the seams, dirty marks on the walls, and random strands of someone else's hair in the tub... More

Not a horrible property, but they advertise their rates in Peruvian currency (nuevo sol) and advertise that they will bill in the local currency, which is what all knowledgeable international travelers want to gain the best exchange rate if they are using a credit card. The bill came in US dollars and I asked that it be charged in the... More

A solid four star hotel with a good/safe location. The location affords a good choice of restaurants with an attentive staff. Be sure and request a room above the second floor. I had to change rooms because of commercial activities and associated noise. Try to get a room on the top floors to avoid noise and interruptions. More

In Lima for a business conference and was recommended to stay at Delfines this time. I did not want to leave the other hotel I stayed at on previous occasions but thought I would give it a try. The location was great for me as it was across the street from the Lima Country Club and golf course and also... More

My experience here was fine. The room was well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, bathroom spacious, and windows large---nice for letting some light in during Lima's interminably gray days. Housekeeping is attentive, and they did a good job with laundry (both regular and dry cleaning). Check-in and check-out went smoothly, though I did seem them backed up at times. It's located... More
