Good relaxed and quiet location, friendly staff, limited English, very basic rooms. They're doing ongoing work at the place so may get better room wise.

Hostel pukara was an inexpensive and reasonable hostel. It was a little walk from the main area of Miraflores but was quiet, clean with good cable tv and the usual bread and jam breakfast.
