We stayed there two nights a couple of weeks apart. Family members were welcoming, friendly and helpful with advice on buses and taxis and assistance confirming airline reservations. Nicest place I stayed in 30 nights all over Peru. The owners are a familly. Very friendly and helpful. Price include breakfast.
