This is the old Mocambo Hotel. Now being run by Novotel. The improvements are obvious and refurbishment is still underway .Quality of meals , service ,have improved and the old tree over the excellent swimming pool is still intact after the bad weather ,thankfully. My new bride and myself only stayed here because of a flight delay and couldn't reach our resort. The hotel was clean enough and the desk staff pleasant. The rooms had a big bathroom and good water pressure in the shower.

We always spend our last night at Novatel when in Fiji as it is close to the airport and they have a free transfer which is great. I have been using this hotel for years,it has always been good for one or two nights as it's next to the airport. However, this time it looked a bit tired and I saw a couple roaches in my room. They have eliminated the egg station at the buffet breakfast.

The Novotel Nadi is ideally located almost alongside the airport. Regular shuttlesare efficient. Restaurant service is excellent for all meals. While property is located out of Nadi, the Tour Desk can make arrangements for any activity external to the Novotel, and is efficient and friendly. Overall a great experience.

Stayed here on business. Nothing great about this place. The pool area is very old and has a run down feeling, the rooms are OK, but in general I would stay at one of the resorts if I need to travel to Nadi in future. It's close to the airport and that's about all it has going for it.

Novotel's staff are lovely but service is so slow. We were given two bottles of water and a fruit platter to then have the two water bottles taken off us and would have taken the fruit platter but we had eaten it, apparently went into the wrong room, not our mistake.
