I just returned from a tour of Croatia on the way to a travel event in Frankfurt and had the pleasure to stay at the Westin Hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel was extremely well run and the service was efficient and friendly. The hotel was also hosting a delegation from China which did provide some challenges because... More

This is at best a good 3 star hotel in urgent need of complete renovation. I think it probably was a luxury hotel some 20 years ago but not by today's standards. Location is good and the breakfast was fantastic, but the bed was just about ok, the bathroom and a room were very small, the TV didn't work so... More

Dear Sir, I am sorry to note that we did not fully succeed to satisfy your expectations. All rooms are recently renovated to the Westin standards including the Heavenly Bed and shower. We just installed new flat LCD televisions in all hotel rooms and I apology if there was an installation issue in your room. We would be grateful to... More

Love the beds. Slept so well. Very clean. The buffet breakfast was great, it does not have that mass production feel that other buffets give. Had to leave early in the morning to go to the airport and they packed us a to go breakfast that was so thoughtful - three buns - one with cheese, one with ham and... More

Though I did not think the hotel was as luxurious as its 5-star rating, I found the hotel to meet all of my expectations and offered everything needed for a good trip. The staff was polite and helpful, the room was consistently cleaned and the location was optimal. I would return to the hootel if again in Zagreb. More

We stayed at the Westin for just one night on a Gate 1 tour. The hotel is located in the lower town, across the road from the fabulous Mimara Museum. Our room was fine, with extremely comfortable beds, and good quality linen and pillows. We chose to dine in the hotel’s restaurant, which was good – salmon with risotto Milanese;... More

I had a several business meetings in Zagreb during November 2011., so I stayed in Westin for 6 nights. The Westin was a very good experience - though perhaps not a great one. Views across Zagreb were there for the taking, and location decent. Exterior aspect not particularly brilliant but rooms well equipped with all the 'heavenly' range of Westin products that one expects and looks forward to. Breakfast a disappointment (good variety but quality uneven). Staff always polite... More
