The main advantage of Capitol hotel is it's perfect location on Calea Victoriei, the very city centre. The rooms are not too big, rather dark and you can feel like the hotel has it's years. Aside from the very unfriendly service desk, the Soviet styled walpaper and furnature and the boiled hot dogs for breakfast. I had some of the worse sleeps in my life from the "nipping" of bed bugs. The sheets were changed daily but I could still feel something crawling and nipping at me which I'm sure must have been bed bugs.... More
