Music blasting from the reception area. Staff yelling. (Not exaggerating.) For hours. I really wondered what the hell was going on, but since I didn't understand them, maybe it was better. Book well in advance in summer, especially for weekends. PROS: Smack in the center of the city. You just step out and you are in the middle of everything that counts. Nice views of the old hotel Moskva from the livin room. Big rooms with high ceilings.
