Our room on the third floor was spacious with high ceilings and comfortable furnishings and very quiet. Reception always had staff that spoke English and were helpful in recommending restaurants and places to see. Breakfast each morning was good and and the hotel is centrally located.

Difficult to find more central place, next to the Bessarabian market. But whereas all the other hotels in the center are overpriced for so-called renovated rooms, this one, a bit hard to find on the net and in the reality too, offers the charm of usual soviet old styles hotels. I stayed in the St Petersburg during a short break to Kiev. The location is very central, at the bottom of Taras Shevchenko BoulevardI, near the covered market.
