This is a traditional hotel very close to the exhibition center and right next to the train station. trains go straight into the heart of downtown kiev. very basic breakfast served and anything extra asked for is chargeable including ketchup. staff is not very well versed with english so be ready for some communication issues. overall this place wins only... Make sure you book a renovated room. Mine was fine, clean, 23rd floor, great views. Air con didn't work but on a -15oC night I wasn't cold. Bathroom ok. Breakfast was terrible. Location pretty good.
