This hotel is dumpier than most hostels I've visited. The carpet is dingy, old, and borderline unclean. The thermostats in the room don't work properly- the only way to regulate is to turn the AC on/off. The tennis court was a poor excuse for a court- in desperate need of repair. The sauna is broken. The steam room took no... More

This was my fifth time staying at four points Sheraton and every time the stay meets my expectations. The hotel has spent considerable money in “refreshing” public areas but the rooms do need an upgrade. For example, the lobby is very well polished – beautiful fresh cut flowers, coffee, tea and fresh juice occasionally provided. There is a small bar... More

I had the opportunity to stay at the Four Points on my recent trip to Panama. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants and everyone there was hospitable and courteous but the building and rooms are tired and in need of renovation. With so many new hotels opening in the city it will be hard to compete if... More

I stayed at the Sheraton 2nd week of March, and the place was great. The staff were friendly, the place very clean. Each day the room was cleaned up spotlessly We did have one small glitch, but was more than corrected and compensated for, and it was minor. I would definetly recommend staying there. More

We booked this hotel with SPG points after checking reviews for multiple properties. This seemed like the best deal at 7K points per night and it worked out great for our needs. We were visiting Panama City for tourism purposes. This hotel is centrally located, walking distance to both Calle Uruguay and Calle Argentina, which have restaurants and bars. You... More

As with many hotels, the outside and common areas (lobby, meeting rooms, casino, etc) were all very impressive. The valets barely wait for you to stop your car before they are opening car doors and removing luggage. The rooms themselves weren't bad, but not nearly as nice as the rest. We booked two rooms and ours smelt a bit moldy... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at Four Points on a shopping trip in Panama (we're addicted to Panama's malls). The hotel is located in a very safe neighbourhood and within walking distance to multicentro mall and a lot of different restaurants. The room had a beautiful view of Panama City skyscrapers (a big thing for us,lol) and had a living... More

The hotel is good, they try a lot to provide good service, house keeping was fantastic, but it is not very well organized. I had cancelled My reswrvation and made another one prepaid. They didn't have my cancellation nor my new reservation. I had to show them my emails. As the rate didn't include breakfast, we had to pay for... More

Used 7000 SPG points to pay for my one night here, the online rate for the night I stayed was $120+tax. Not a bad value either way. Hotel is located right next to the Panama World Trade Center and about a 5-10 minute walk to Calle Uruguay (with serious nightlife and restaurants!) Also about a 5-10 minute walk to a... More
