Easton House is by far a favorite on Nantucket. The Innkeepers are warm and friendly, The rooms comfortable and beautifully decorated. And the location is perfect for walking on Main Street, a short walk to the beaches, and easy to get to from the ferry. If you are going to be going to Nantucket, this is the place to stay!

My husband and I have just returned from a lovely long weekend in Nantucket at the Easton House. We booked our room VERY last minute (thanks to Nantucket Accommodations at 866-743-3330 - ask for Bruce) and could not have been more grateful than to spend our time with Diana - owner of Easton House. Admittedly - this is not The Four Seasons - and if you are looking for that level of chic than you should not look here. But if you want to spend your time in a house built in 1812 with tons of Colonial Charm and an Inn Keeper that will be more than happy to share either the most trendy places to visit on Nantucket OR the spots she has come to love in a lifetime spent on the island - this is your place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and Diana provides a perfectly acceptable continental breakfast each morning. She has a gorgeous backyard with the most comfortable of chairs if you just want to relax after a day out and about - and if you need beach towels - she is more than happy to oblige. We really can't say enough about how welcome we felt in her home and hope that others will choose this B&B the next time they are in Nantucket.…

Finding summer accommodations on Nantucket that don't run you $350+ per night is hard to find during the peak weeks, the Easton House is the exception. It is a quaint older B&B - the manager Diana is friendly, funny and welcoming. The rooms are clean - they are small if you are expecting giant Hotel sized rooms - this is a 200+ year old house, the rooms are small but price and location more than make up for it.

We've stayed there for one night in September. The location is great: 10 min walk to a ferry terminal, 5 min walk to a bike rental, 5 min walk to the restaurants - you just can't beat that! The place feels very authentic and old but very clean! The hosts were so energetic, friendly and accommodating - they made everything so easy for us! The breakfast was filling and delicious - cereals, muffins and even a fruit salad and a homemade cake! Yum! Loved their big garden too. I can't say anything negative about our stay - we were so pleased with our find!

This was our second stay at Easton House, and my girls & I are eager to return. The proprietors are warm and welcoming, the breakfasts are generous and delicious (hot and cold cereals, pastries, fresh fruit salad, yogurt), the rooms are large and clean. There's a beautiful big backyard with grass and flowers where you can relax and park your bikes. The b&b is well located for easy access to the downtown and the beaches. A wonderful place to stay!!

I had the opportunity to spend a short week on Nantucket, off the coast of Cape Cod. I was referred to the Easton House by a friend and long time island visitor, who I fished with throughout my stay (he rented a beach house with his family). The proprietor Cyril Ross is a native islander, and this historic, 3-story residence just a stones throw from the downtown action was his growing up. Being midweek, the crowd was light and my room at the back of the building on the 2nd floor with its own bath was perfect for my no frills and noise sensitive preferences. Extremely comfortable bed and linens. Cyril's wife Judy had coffee, breads, fresh fruit and yogurt ready to go for breakfast. They have rooms with or without private bath and also a cottage out back. If local knowledge and history of the island is a key attraction, check this place out. And lest I forget, one of the best things about the Easton House is the extremely affordable rates they charge for such a pricey locale.…

We were on Nantucket this weekend for a wedding and needed a last minute place to stay for a night- we are so glad we found the Easton House! This was our first b&b and it really exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. And the location can't be beat, a 5 minute walk to everything in town and right around the corner from the ferry. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly. Next time I'm on Nantucket I will definitely stay at Easton house again, it was an all around great value and great experience.
