Mgt was very cordial. Garden was great for discussions and breakfast. Room and bath were small but adequate. Breakfast spread was extra special. Room was clean. Overall maintenance was lacking: ceiling fan in #6 and #7 didi not operate properly. Carpets up and down were need of attention. MY wife detected a foul smell in bath wheras I did not. More
