a few years ago i was "lucky" enough to work there as an interpreter and had a chance to see all place from "inside". Poor quality of service - almost none. They bring staff from all over Ukraine because local people are fed up with the place, management, living conditions, no food and being unpaid their miserable salaries for months;... More
