It is a nice apartment, great bed, well decorated, cozy, nice bathroom and bath tub, the surprise is the terrace on the second floor. The view is superb, large with 2 stretchers so you can have a wine with your companion enjoying the view.

I stayed 5 nights in this beautiful modern and well decorated appartment looking on the very animated Riva. It's just behind a lovely square with restaurants and excellent fruit juices, very close to the Diocletian palace. I wish to return there.

We stayed here for 1 night after 3 nights in Dubrobnik and really wished we'd reversed that around. The Old City of Split is actually a lot more interesting, a lot less busy, and much more "lived in." Sure there are the usual shops, but at night you'll find locals drinking in bars and hanging out down alley ways listening... More

Very big, modern and comfortable room, placed near tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday, and we will definitely return to this lovely place at a later date.

We had a fantastic time at the Riva apartments. We stayed in the front apartment which had a great deck with sun loungers overlooking the sea and Riva. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Split. The apartment was equipped with every conceivable modern convenience. The property was perfectly located near tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. The management was very helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Three of us stayed in the one bedroom sea front suite which has a deck looking out to sea. This was a very nicely appointed apartment with a spectacular view of Split harbour. It directly overlooks the promenade; a wide paved area which teems with people every evening. Very interesting and stimulating but LOUD until midnight at least. We flew in to Split late on Wednesday evening on September 26, 2012 and were picked up at the airport by our driver sent from the apartment we rented on the seafront.
