The place is owned by a swiss-croat who's invested in renovating an old property in the bylanes of Split. The result is a beautiful modern boutique hotel. Loved the all white decor, the clean, classy setup and the very helpful hostess. Best hotel I stayed at in Croatia!

We stayed at Divota rooms this September at the end of the season so it was great value for money. The rooms are very clean, modern and well designed. The location is also very central and convenient. Marina, at the reception was extremely kind and helpful.

very well managed by a friendly woman at the reception. the room i've had was little nevertheless very nice and clean. they provided free coffee in my room and rhe divota is perfectly located in the city.

No kidding, it is one one of the few times in my life that the room was even better than the pictures shown in the internet! We didn't stay in Plinaraska street but in the Vigugasta street apartment. The apartment is in really good shape and is stylishly furnished. The location of the apartment is very good and near everything you need to see in Split. The accommodation provides good equipment for making food, doing your dishes and laundry. The service staff is really friendly.
