Maybe we were just unlucky?
We have booked Villa Odak based on the positive reviews, room descriptions, great photos and knoledge that the location is just perfect for a short stay in Dubrovnik.
Indeed only the last point was right - 1km (20 minutes) going down to the Old Town or 700 meteres to reach the Sv Jakov Beach (excellent!)....
