Very friendly hotel staff! They did everything to make our stay comfortable and were always there to help. The rooms are clean and stylish (not modern). The building is quite old (from the sixties?) and it is a pity the parking lot is in front and not behind the hotel, but the interior and the rooms are very well maintained.... More

Truly a wonderful hotel. This family hotel is the best example of what service means. The staff gives full attention to the guest and satisfies all needs. The reception staff offers one of the best concierge services I have encountered. Room 108 was large, had magnificent sea view and a very large terrace. For under $10 (60-70 kuna) a cab... More

My partner and I stayed at this hotel last summer and I still remember how wonderful it was. Most hotels are fine in the moment, but this one is among the best that I have ever experienced. I have traveled down the Croatian coast and stayed at many hotels, but this one is in a league of its own. At... More

Talk about a fantastic little Hotel.... Great Location right on the Water looking over to the Old City. An easy 5 minute drive into Town and easy parking once you get there. The Hotel staff were very friendly and allways polite and helpful. The resturant was very good with an excellant wine list and also some local spirits that you... More

My husband and I only spent one night in Zadar as we were driving from Zagreb down the coast, but what a night it was. This is a small, pretty hotel right on the water. Parking was easy. The rooms were small, but comfortable and clean. There was a balcony with a small view of the sea where my husband... More

Wonderful part of Zadar across the river from the old town but a wonderful location. Has it's own small (and rocky) beach across the street. A bar around the corner is terrific to catch the sunset over the water and watch the boats come in. The hotel is family run and couldn't be more accomodating. We had a very large... More

We stayed 2 nights at hotel Niko. What an experience, friendley staff, good food, excellent servie, great room with sea view. We booked this hotel via booking.com. This was a mistake while we had to pay via booking.com € 30,00 pp more than the rate that was charged directly by the hotel when paying cash at check - out. Thus,... More

The hotel is located on the waterfront on a quiet street in a suburb, a ten minute drive away from walled old town Zadar. Parking is available on-site and is free. Built, owned, and family operated the hotel shows pride of ownership in that after nine years in operation it still is pristine. Warmly welcomed by Sarah, one of the... More

We stayed 3 nights at Niko Hotel. It was wonderful hotel--great food, great view, wonderful surroundings, and accommodating staff. Our room had a view of the sea, the old city and a great balcony. We soon caught on to the bus service and were able to go into the old city quickly. More

We spent a week in Croatia and our best hotel was Hotel Niko in Zadar. Not only was the room – with a picture postcard view of the sea from its balcony - of a very high standard, but the service was faultless. Staff were courteous and always quick to be of help. The breakfasts were mini feasts, the table... More
