Spent a very enjoyable and relaxing evening at the Palmer House, the hospitality was great and the place was kept up and restored very nicely. Found the location as a nice central point for the things we planned to do for the trip.
I was in the area for the Marshall, MI historic home tour which is great! We reserved a place on short notice, so I was wary. All B&B's I have been to have been very nice, charming, and clean until this one. We cancelled and said we won't stay here after checking it out. Ended up at a nice hotel...
