“Good value for money, we'll go back.”

The reason we wanted to stay here was to be close to family, having read the previous reviews we were very unsure if we had made the right decision. I needed a room to stay for the night as I went on a bussiness trip in Brasov, and as they had no single rooms free, I got a double room and I was charged for 2 persons. I arrived very few days after the german guy has spent his "brave night" there. It could be that his complaints sorted the right effect, since: a) the music in the restaurant was pretty low volume; b) the receptionists and all the waiters and waitresses were polite and friendly. Yeah! the shower lickage was in place, but they repaired it.... More

Hotel Oliver was only recently opened. So the rooms were very new and looked nice. The bad thing, however, was that the shower was leaking. So the whole bathroom was under water. That can happen to any hotel, of couse. So we complained and they promised to "take care of it". Breakfast was a complete disappointment. Staff was listening to... More
