Hotel was very nice. Good room, ok view except for old concrete building partially blocking ocean. Service was great. Location is ok, kind of rundown, but safe. Constanta is kind of run down so it fit! We had to leave to catch a early train before breakfast so they made some sandwiches and coffee to go! More

Huge hotel with a scent of past days of glory. Now faded away and overgrown. Deserted and left in the shady part of town. Cool building with a great view of the harbour. But so, so far from any centre. And with this citys taxidrivers, you are better of walking. More

Stayed three nights in great room over-looking the harbour. Comfy and light with plenty of space. Breakfast was ok. Staff all very helpful. Local area is bit run down but quite charming and felt perfectly safe. Visit the Mosque for great views. More

Arrived in the Palace Hotel in freezing February ( literally the Black Sea was frozen) Our room was large, well appointed , clean warm and comfortable. Very beautiful architecture of this hotel. It is partially restaurated but it needs deeper repairs in order to be at his highest level which I think it reached during comunistic period.
