We originally booked for 2 nights but extended for another night as the homely environment and friendly staff made a difference though there are similar hotels at cheaper rates available in the vicinity. It is close to the night market and main attractions in town.

This hotel is very well located with great access to restaurants and food stalls. The service staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Public areas are well maintained. My only complaint is that the internet access is slow and inconsistent.

I'd spent a while researching where to stay in Luang Prabang and really wished I hadn't bothered. Better to arrive on the Mekong boat from Huay Xi and get a taxi driver to take you to the guest house district and pick any. This hotel was a bit depressing really. Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of lpb. Restaurants, local night market and Mekong river are within walking distance. Room was spacious to accommodate the 3 of us. Rooms tiny, no internet, no safe didn't work, old and tired, brekfast average. This can be forgiven but what can't is the poor service and staff who don't care, not even interested in trying to assist. I've stayed in dormitory accommodation at a quarter of the price where the service is ten times better

The Rooms were dark and need renovation. A little dirty also. Internet in the rooms never worked and lobby Internet was spotty. Staff spoke practically no English. Our travel agent booked this only because there were no other rooms at their usual hotels in town. For the price I would try elsewhere.

We stayed in a delux room and it was very nice indeed.The hotel is 5 minutes from the day market, the night market and the Mekong river plus numerous restaurants.The staff here were really friendly and helpful, Breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order
