I have slightly mixed feelings about this one. As per the previous review, when I arrived with an advance booking I was just told they had no rooms available...but yes, on the whiteboard I did eventually find my name and was given my key! I booked a room at Le Tam Tam for 3 nights by e-mail. Upon arrival at the hotel, no one seemed to know anything about my reservation. They simply said "we don't have it". I suggested that they'd better check, and so finally they decided to act. Apparently my name was written on a chalkboard which indicated my reservation, but... More

We arrived in Luang Prabang on the slow boat, so got there quite late at night and had trouble finding accomodation.
