We stayed two nights and had no complaints. It is more expensive than most places on the same street, but was a cut above the competition in cleanliness and newness. Beds and AC were excellent. Bathroom was better than average, towels were new and fluffy. Low season rate was 180000 Kip for a two bed room with AC.
