I stayed 2 nights at the hotel on a class trip to visit a research center in Aleppo. There a was a little misunderstanding about the room distribution at the beginning but it was quickly solved. The rooms were really comfortable with large TVs, wireless internet connection, and a quite large bathroom. However, there was a noticeable lack of lighting... More

If you are thinking of visiting Aleppo, find a local hotel near the centre of town. The service at this hotel was terrible. Many of the rooms smelt of diesel fumes (I was with a large party so saw several); in one room the smell was unbearable and the reception were very indifferent to complaints about it. One of our... I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Aleppo and would advise travellers to stay elsewhere. If you are going to Aleppo to see the souk and citadel, stay in a place near the old part of town. This hotel is a 20 min taxi ride into the interesting parts of town and 3 of 4 taxi drivers didn't know... More

Rooms are renovated, It is in a nice area that get busy in the morning. Not near attraction but cabs are cheap and it will cost you may be $2 to go to the castle and the old city. It is under renovation. Rooms are small but good. Prices are negotiable! Yes it is true. Food was not good in... More

I stayed at The Pullman Al Shahba Hotel in one of the refurbished rooms with new bathroom which was quite clean and cozy. The remarkable thing was the friendly staff at the reception who were eager to... More
