Spacious apartment, nice view & comfortable. I love this hotel and i cant say how friendly the staff. Super place to stay in Dubai .clean! and very good location .close to the metro burjuman shopping center.

The apartment was fantastic - a great alternative to staying in a hotel room. Everything was clean and also very quiet. The metro was a 5 minute walk away and the nearest shopping mall the same. I would certainly stay again. Moreover the staff at the reception was very very helpful and friendly always at our service .

Day staff here are as good as they come but the night shift are just plain rude and run the hotel like a prison camp, They are insulting and will scream across the reception area and corridors at residents for id and status and have absolutely no service mentality.
